Birth & Death Certificates:
Certified copies of birth certificates for persons born in the state of Missouri after 1920 or deaths in the state after 1980 can be obtained from our office. The applicant must be a direct relative, provide a photo ID, fill out the appropriate application, and provide the fee involved. Durable Medical Equipment Lending:
Walker, Crutches, Bed Sides Commodes, Shower Chairs and other durable medical equipment may be available for use.
