Childhood immunizations are available for uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid-eligible children. Some adult vaccines may also be available.

Certified copies of Missouri birth certificates for individuals born after 1920 and Missouri death certificates for individuals who died after 1980 may be obtained through our office.

- Tuberculosis (TB) and communicable diseases
- Testing and screening
- Nutrition
- Other health and wellness topics
Birth & Death Certificates

Applicants must:
- Be an eligible direct relative or otherwise meet state eligibility requirements
- Provide a valid photo ID
- Complete the appropriate application
- Pay the required fee
Durable Medical Equipment Lending
The Ralls County Health Department may have durable medical equipment available for temporary use in the community.
Available equipment may include:
- Walkers
- Crutches
- Wheelchairs (when available)
- Bedside commodes
- Shower chairs
- Toilet risers
- Reachers
- Other durable medical equipment
