Steve St. Clair- Environmental Public Health Specialist
**Steve only works part-time at the Ralls County Health Department. He is typically in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.**

Food 
Beginning January 1st, 2024, there will be a fee associated with Temporary Food/Drink Stands. The fees are as follows:

Non-Profits - Free of Charge
1-3 Consecutive Days - $10
4-14 Consecutive Days - $20
Seasonal (May - October) - $25   

Please complete the Temporary Food/Drink Stand Application below. We accept check (made to RCHD), cash or you can pay by credit/debit card. If you choose to pay by credit/debit care there will be a $2.00 fee.
